Library and Resource Center

SPCBN Library is located on the ground floor of the SPCBN Office, Tara House, Sanepa, where there are comfortable chairs and tables for use in reading books or reading newspapers/journals or other materials. The Library contains over 2,900 resources on constitution building and closely related subjects for use in your research.  We have librarians available from 9AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday,  to assist you in finding the information you are looking for.
