A key activity of the UNDP Support for Participatory Constitution Building in Nepal’s (SPCBN’s) Gender & Inclusion Advisor is its support to the CA Women’s Caucus, helping female parliamentarians address women’s rights and gender issues throughout the Constitution building process. The CA Women’s Caucus was formed with the help of SPCBN in alliance with International IDEA in 2009.
