Forms of Governance: Presidential, Parliamentary and Mixed Form

A consultation programme on Forms of Governance: Presidential, Parliamentary and Mixed Form was conducted for the CA members and to the representatives of the civil society on 11 March 2010. Prof. Dr. Lok Raj Baral and Mr. Kashi Raj Dahal presented their experts view on the topic and they emphasized on accountable, representative, committed political leaders, popular legitimacy and stability in Nepal. There 39 participants (34 Males, 5 Females) out of which 18 (13 Males, 5 Females) are CA members including the Chairperson of the Committee on Determination of the Form of Governance of the State.
